How do I create a personalised product?
Good question! The process is super easy. First, choose which product you’d like from our range. You can design a product completely from blank – adding up to three of your own images and text, and arranging them however you like – or choose one of our Personalised designs created by our artwork team and just drop in your photo, name or message. Choose your product, then you’re into the Personaliser! You can upload an image straight from your PC or phone, or upload an image straight from Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox and more.
What can I design?
Anything that takes your fancy! Upload your favourite photo or image, write your favourite quote or motivational saying – whatever you like. We do reserve the right to refuse to print any design that breaches our Terms and Conditions. Why not take a look at the Design Ideas on each product page if you’re struggling for inspiration?
Can I go back and change my design once I’ve finished it?
Unfortunately, once you’ve added an order to your cart, the image is set and can’t be modified. If you need to make any changes you’ll have to recreate the design – luckily, the Personaliser is very quick and easy to use.
Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
If you realise that you made a mistake or you don’t want to order, email [email protected] with your order number and the word Cancel in the subject line within two hours of placing your order. We’ll cancel the order and refund you through SagePay as soon as possible.
